Rent a website for your business with an affordable monthly fee.
Creating a right online presence for your business can be a time consuming task. To help with this we have developed a time saving process that will deliver faster results, and lays down a foundation of what is expected in what we will deliver and what input is required from you. The average development time is 10 working days once we start building the website, but we do not set a exact end point as every customers needs are different. Below are the steps we follow from start to finish on new projects. The more information and ideas about the direction and content in terms of text and images that you would like on the website will drastically speed up the design stage.
Step 1: Plan agreement

What you will get and for how much. The first part is setting out what features you would like on the website that will align with your
business. We will offer suggestions here so you do not end up with features that you do not need. But as you a paying for a monthly service you
can always upgrade the features on your plan if they do not meet your expectations. Please bare in mind however that the number of pages effects
the start up fee cost so if you increase this then you will have to paid the adjusted amount. Please see our terms of service section 2 for more
details.
Step 2: Pay start up fee

This is where the project starts moving, now that the plan has been agreed and the start up fee paid as well as agreeing with our terms or
service, the design process will now begin. You will need a domain name, this is how people find you online if the have one then great if not
you will need to buy one from any licence domain registration company. If you need help with this then we are more then happy to talk you
through it or do it for you.
Step 3: Business logo

Now that design stage has started the first thing we need is a business logo, this will be your brand image for your business if you already have
this then we will need a copy of it to use on the website. We do offer text only logo design free of charge with all plans if you do not have a
business logo yet. But please bare in mind that we are programmers that write code we are not graphic designers.
Step 4: Design the website layout

Next is the website layout, this is the part that will house your content. We start off with the position of the navigation links this allow
user to move around the site. Next would be the position of your company logo and the structure of how the content will be delivered. Most
commen layouts include central view or menu links on the left hand side. If you have seen other websites that you like the look of then we can
create the same look with our own code. There's no need to worry if the layout does not work once your content is added we can change it to
something more suitable later. Nothing in the design stage is set in stone you can make all the changes you want until you have approve the
design. Please bare in mind however the more changes you make the longer the design time.
Step 5: Name the pages and add text content

Now the layout is formed its time to add the written content. This is the most time consuming part of the process for you. We need the names of
all the navigation links for the website ie about page, contact page to name a few. Remember your plan has a page limit so you can not have more
navigation links then you do pages. once all links are done you need to write the content for each page. This is where you sell your self to
your customers so the more time and effort put in here is only a good thing. It's a good idea to have a page for some sort of term and
conditions. If you have features that will need a cookie policy then we can help you write it if needed, we will let you know if you need to do
this or not.
Step 6: Add images to your content

The hard work for you is now over, all that is left is to add the images to your content. List the names of your images and insert there names
in the page text when and where you would like each image to go. To get the position right first time you could draw each page of the website so
we can see what you want rather than trying to guess, this is not required however. Next we will need copies of all the images, and that it. You
have now completed your business online content.
Step 7: Let us join all the pieces together

It's time to put it all together. We now hand the project over to the development team so it can become a fully functional website. The
development time averages around 10 working day's, but this is only an estimate as development time varies due to complexity and features
required. For you is a waiting game now, we allow our team to build the website to completion. If you are someone who like's to be updated then
we can email you as the project development stages are completed.
Step 8: Website constructed awaiting your approval

Once the development process has concluded, it's now time to see what we have created for your company online presence. Do not worry if
this is not quite to your liking, this is know as the first draft we will then work with you again to fix any issues you may have. Everything can
be changed from positioning of images to trying different layouts. Once you are happy with the website we are ready to go live. Your first month
fee is now due and we will need payment on this day every month to carry on providing you your rented website.
